As there is not much to say about Mark McMorris's triples, we are sure that we've been covered by others on that during last year, this year on the 2012 X Games at Aspen it wasn't any different than having him win the gold by flying high using a 1440 triple cork.
Although there have been much discussions about Torstein Horgmo's trick not scoring first, judges seemed to have given extra points to Mark for going bigger and higher even though his landing was a bit sketchier on his final try comparing to Torstein's version of a backside 1440 triple cork.
